Step 1: Are You Eligible?

- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Original packaging.
Step 2: Email Us

Step 3: Pack & Ship
- Package it up, you cover shipping. Keep that tracking number. Email it to Us.
Step 4: We Check
- Wait 3-5 days for us to process your return.
Step 5: Get Paid
- Based on your bank. Coupons and shipping cost not included.
- 22-day return window
- Must be in original condition

What You Can’t Send Back
- Items that are worn, stained, or altered, used.
- Anything with animal hair
- Makeup-stained items
- Any type of stains, sign of use and wear.
Coupon and Discount Info
- Refund amount will exclude any coupons or discounts used
- Coupons are for one-time use and can’t be applied to another purchase
- If you return items not in line with our policy, a $5.00 restocking fee applies
- No refunds will be issued for those non-compliant items
How We Process Refunds
- Takes us 3-5 business days after we receive your items
- The refund will go back to your original form of payment
- The refund amount = (Item cost – any coupons + sales tax) – return shipping cost
- You’ll get an email with the eGift card code
- The card amount = (Item cost – any coupons + sales tax)
- Once you get the email, the gift card is ready to use
- Note: eGift cards can’t be refilled and don’t expire
