Plastic-Free and Eco-Friendly Shipping

Your orders will be shipped without any plastic materials, and we use packaging that is recyclable and, whenever possible, compostable. Our boxes and mailers are made from recycled materials, and we opt for biodegradable and compostable filling materials to minimize waste.

Standard Shipping
For all domestic orders within the contiguous United States, we provide a flat rate standard shipping service powered by UPS Ground. The shipping cost is calculated based on your order total. Our warehouse is located in King, NC and you can expect your in-stock items to be shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping
We understand that sometimes you need your items faster. That’s why we offer several expedited shipping options for in-stock products through UPS:
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elfin View. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 22 days of the purchase date.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
